LIDDING BLISTER ALUMINIUM FOIL

ALUMINIUM POLY STRIP FOIL

Strip Aluminium Foil (SSAF) is a primary material which is laminates the soft aluminium foil and poly foil. The different raw materials which have different friction factor or tear availability varies the performance of the films and quality assurance ensure the supply should meets the client speciation. Strip aluminium foils are avail in printed or plain form. The standard aluminium foil is available in thickness of 25/30/40 microns laminates with the poly 150 gauge and 200 gauge with multiple option of printing up to many colors, base coatings, front back printing etc.

HOLOGRAM BLISTER FOIL

We offer security foils to the product and brands which are a well-established target for product piracy. The ideal solution is to position anti-counterfeiting features as close as possible to the product and this means the primary packaging offers the best opportunity for protection and security. These features are customized and design as per requirement. Below security and protection technology are available with customized Strip foil and Blister foil to avoid counterfeit.

Hologram security foils (SBHF): This aluminium foil integrated in the foil surface. These features cannot be removes without damaging the material. The technical properties of aluminium foil are not affected.

Security Printing: Sanwariya Packaging offer unique optical effect using a wide range of security features, such as UV or IR effect. Graphics visibility at different angles which are only visible with Ultraviolet light.

ALU ALU COLD FORMING FOIL

Cold Form Alu Alu is the multi structure bottom foil, available with multiple aluminum thickness 45/50/60 micron. These foils are best for all kind of pharmaceutical needs to provides with protection against water vapor and gases and also acts as an excellent barrier against light and dust. Cold forming is available in plain base and color foil with structured of Oriented Poly Amide 25 micron and Aluminum option 45/50//60 micron and PVC 60 micron.

PVC/PVDC FOIL

Sanwariya Packaging also offer large quantity of Pvc/Pvdc SBPF from excellent quality pharma grade raw materials using latest technology and under the most rigid quality standards in the industry. It's water-vapour and gas permeability is very low. A combination of wide variety of thickness, colours and additional properties offers the best solution to your requirements. Pvc films are available in the thickness from 150 to 700 micron.

PVC/PVDC SBPPF films are the PVDC coated PVC films are similar to high thermoforming rigid PVC films with superior protection provided with PVDC coating. Sanwariya PVDc suited for blister packaging of hygroscopic/moisture sensitive product. This PVdC coating of optimum thickness on one side of the packaging minimizes the gas and moisture permeability provides excellent barrier properties against moisture, water vapour, UV light, gases, etc. The coating is applied on one side and usually faces the product. The thickness of PVC are 200, 250, 350 micron with Pvdc coating gsm 40, 60, 90 and 120.

GLASSINE PAPER FOIL

We manufacture the poly coated glassine paper and HSL coated glassine paper. SGPF Heat seal lacquer 4,5,6 gsm +/-1gsm coated on 41gsm glassine paper is available for the pharmaceutical blister packaging. These glassine paper softness gives good printing results. Our range is available in both printed as well as plain in the reels form.

Glassine poly foil: We manufacture a superior range of Glassine Poly Paper SSGPF. These poly laminated glassine paper has good oil resistance best uses for the application of strip tablet packaging, pouches for surgical gloves, syringes, needles, etc. SSGPF also available in both printed and plain foil. 36 gsm poly is coated on 41 Gsm Glassine Paper are stringently tested on various quality parameters in house as per client’s specification.
